§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop (dreamframe-ai.com) by consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Place Order" button, you submit a binding order. We confirm receipt immediately by email. The contract is concluded upon dispatch of the order confirmation.

§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs apply unless otherwise stated (e.g., free shipping on orders with 2+ items). Shipping costs are clearly displayed before order completion.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery is carried out by our print-on-demand partner Printful. Estimated delivery times:

Rest of Europe (EU + EEA)	6–12 business days

Delivery times include production (2–5 business days) and shipping transit. Tracking information is provided via email.

§ 6 Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of the order.

§ 7 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made (§ 449 BGB).

§ 8 Right of Withdrawal – Exclusion for Custom Products

Important: Our products are individually manufactured according to your specifications (print-on-demand). According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB in conjunction with Art. 16(c) EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are not prefabricated. § 9 Warranty

§ 10 AI-Generated Designs

Designs generated via our AI platform are created to the best of our knowledge. We do not guarantee the uniqueness or intellectual property protectability of generated designs. The customer is solely responsible for verifying that their chosen design does not violate third-party rights.

§ 11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
