Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom Products

Our products are individually manufactured according to your specifications using the print-on-demand process. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, these are goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive.

No right of withdrawal applies for orders in our shop, as each product is custom-made to your individual design selection. This is in accordance with Art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Why is there no right of withdrawal?

  • Each product is manufactured individually for you only after your order
  • The design you chose or generated via AI is specially printed on your selected case model
  • The product cannot be resold as it is uniquely customized
  • A return or exchange for design preferences is therefore not possible

Your Rights in Case of Defects

Statutory warranty rights (§§ 434 ff. BGB) remain fully unaffected. If your product:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Shows printing errors or poor print quality
  • Does not match the ordered product specifications

Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace or refund any faulty product promptly.
