When We Do Offer a Refund or Replacement
We stand behind the quality of our products. You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement if:
- Printing errors – The print quality is noticeably poor, blurry, or misaligned
- Damaged in transit – The product arrived broken, cracked, or visibly damaged
- Wrong product – You received a different model or design than ordered
- Manufacturing defect – The case has material defects (e.g., cracks, warping)
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- We will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
